Having experience in both chiropractic and physical therapy worlds has given Dr. Sarah a unique approach to treating pain and dysfunction.
With a background in biopsychology, Dr. Sarah utilizes techniques from chiropractic, sports psychology, physical therapy, exercise science, and nutrition science to customize treatment plans for her patients. Along with prescribing exercises, Dr. Sarah applies chiropractic therapy, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, Active Release Technique, mobility and stability training to help her patients recover as quickly as possible to get them back to their lives, pain-free!
